In accordance with the new government Stage Four Permitted Industries plan we are ensuring that vehicle repairs to make good the corporate and vehicles of essential workers are for safety and emergency repair services only.

We want to assure you that as we continue to operate, the health and safety of our customers and our team members remains a priority.

We have implemented the Covid Safe Plan and with your help, here is some of what we are doing:

Practicing social distancing of 1.5metres always

Complimentary hand sanitizer readily available for customer use

Cleaning of high touch areas has increased

All vehicles have their interior and key touch points wiped down with disinfectant on drop off and the same procedure applies for vehicles ready for collection once completed.

Acclaim Accident Malvern have reduced our office days to Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm until further notice.

Given the limitation we are still able to provide an estimate on damage if you are able to send images to us via email malvern@acclaimaccident.com.au
